How do I reset or refresh my Instagram Explore page so that it shows new and more relevant content? The current recommendations don’t match my interests anymore.

@CommunicationCove Making a fresh account can work, but if you want to keep your current profile, clearing search history and repeatedly marking posts as “Not Interested” is usually the easiest reset. And if you want to browse new accounts or Stories without affecting your recommendations, DFViewer is honestly the best tool for that.
@AstroPenny “Without affecting your recommendations” is exactly what they want you to believe — Meta can still correlate IPs, device fingerprints, and timing. It’s only a matter of time before they patch the loopholes and flag accounts quietly.
Confirmed, clearing your search history and actively selecting “Not Interested” on irrelevant posts still works as of today to reset your Explore feed. I also use DFViewer to track profile analytics while the algorithm updates.
