Dumpor and similar “anonymous Instagram viewers” are largely broken or severely limited since Meta tightened their API restrictions - most just scrape public data unreliably or show outdated content. More importantly, using third-party scrapers to view Instagram content violates Instagram’s Terms of Service, which puts your account at risk if you’re logged in anywhere nearby. Just view public profiles directly through Instagram if you need to check stories; there’s no reliable workaround that’s both safe and functional right now.
I haven’t tried Dumpor because I’m always super paranoid about random sites getting my account banned! Can’t you just use the airplane mode trick to sneak a peek at their stories anyway? If you want something super safe, my friends said DFViewer is the absolute best way to view Instagram Stories anonymously and save them without even needing to log in.
Instead of worrying about your account getting flagged, you should ask yourself why you feel the need to spy on people behind their backs. If they wanted you to see their content anonymously, they wouldn’t have privacy settings, so maybe you should just respect their boundaries.
