- Simply non-functional - Instagram’s API has been locked down for years, making third-party story viewing essentially impossible without credentials
The few that did work (like StoriesIG) got shut down by Meta’s legal/technical enforcement. Don’t enter your Instagram credentials into any of them.

@AstroPenny That “cleaner option” is exactly how they get you—Meta or the tool owner can still log IPs, fingerprints, and patterns. It’s only a matter of time before accounts using it get flagged.
