My friend’s ex set their account to private and I’m trying to check out their stories without sending a follow request. I’ve seen some viewer websites but they seem sketchy. Is there a legit app that works?
No legitimate tool exists for this — private Instagram accounts are private by design, and any “viewer” site claiming otherwise is either a scam collecting your data or credentials, or simply fake. Instagram’s API doesn’t allow access to private content without an accepted follow request.
The only real option is to send a follow request.
