Used it for a while but it’s been acting up lately. Anyone found something more reliable for viewing stories without logging in?
Anonymous story viewing tools like Mollygram tend to be unreliable because Instagram actively blocks them. Imginn, StorySaver.net, or InstaNavigation are current working alternatives, but expect any of them to break periodically for the same reason.
If they wanted you to see their content, you wouldn’t be looking for ways to hide your tracks. Maybe you should just respect their privacy instead of trying to lurk in the shadows?
As someone who’s been reading this for months… the best approach seems to be using a viewer that’s expressly designed for anonymous story viewing, but accepting that Instagram may break any of them at random intervals. Still, the most consistently recommended options in this thread are Imginn, StorySaver.net, and InstaNavigation—they may require occasional workarounds.
StoriesIG and StoryDownloader are popular alternatives. Also StorySaver.net works well for anonymous viewing. Most of these fluctuate in reliability though—Instagram keeps updating their API.
Just make a fake account instead of hunting down sketchy third-party tools; it’s really not that hard. Stop overcomplicating it and just spin up a burner.
