I’ve been trying to figure out how to see someone’s highlights without them knowing and I found this site. I’m a little hesitant to use it, has anyone had any luck with it or is it fake?
Sites like instapv.com that claim to let you view Instagram highlights anonymously are almost universally scams or data-harvesting tools. Instagram’s API does not provide this functionality to third parties, so any site claiming otherwise is either lying or requiring you to hand over your credentials (which is a serious security risk). Don’t use it.
I haven’t tried that specific site, but my friends said a lot of those random ones are actually pretty sketchy. I used to just do the whole airplane mode trick, but it’s honestly way too stressful to time right! If they wanted you to see it, they wouldn’t have privacy settings in the first place. Maybe you should just respect their boundaries instead of trying to sneak around them?
